We had an lovely family getaway in a fine location surrounded by lush forests. The pools were invigorating, and we loved sipping cocktails while admiring the views. The staff were pretty good. Make sure to explore the trails once they're open!

Spotless and unique room, extensive breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in La Fortuna. Stunning and gorgeous location in La Fortuna adjacent to the hanging bridges, and two very popular stops, the Arenal Hanging Bridges, and the Arenal hot springs.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I liked rich breakfast!

The location was amazing and beautiful for La Fortuna, not far from other activities as well as the jungle with all the sounds of animals. I ate at the garden restaurant near the hotel.

This place is a true gem! We stayed in the Luxury Suite, and the view of the Arenal volcano from our room was amazing every morning. The heated pool was a good addition.

Stay here and enjoy your La Fortuna weekend. The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and based in an incredibly beautiful building. The room is modern and fashionable, the staff are superfriendly people with great service. The airport is 30 km away, easy to get to.

The lighting situation in the room could be better, with harsh ceiling lights and no mood lighting or bedside tables. The access to the hotel involves some steep inclines, which may be challenging with mobility issues, and it's essential to have your own vehicle for transport since the area outside is isolated. The pool bar could use a different atmosphere. Having a big TV showing sports detracted from a more laid-back vibe.

The lush tropical gardens and artfully designed spaces were visually fine, providing easy accessibility for seniors to explore while perfectly integrating nature. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the amazing views of the volcano.

Gift shop needs better selection and organization.

The view from our balcony was fine, overlooking the Arenal Volcano and surrounded by lush gardens. Our room had a huge bed and an outdoor shower, which seemed like a real jungle experience. Breakfast was fresh with a buffet and made-to-order omelets. The heated pool next to the bar was a treat, especially in the rain.
